The Kintock Group is a re-entry program for those effected by the criminal justice system to become accustomed to the continuously advancing community. The Kintock Group remains cost effective for all those who wish to join the program and for our clients. As the Senior Federal Case Manager at The Kintock Group, I manage the case load of all residents enrolled within the Federal Bureau of Prisons, overseeing the day to day of the program, and manage the Case Managers and Employment Counselors of the Federal Department at The Kintock Group. My responsibilities include- effective communication with the residents daily- encouraging residents to obtain gainful employment upon release- traveling to employer sites or a residence when needed- writing monthly reports consisting of overall progress of the resident- entering data into the computer- monitoring residents medication- counseling residents biweekly- conducting vehicle searches of residents vehicles- submitting documents to the necessary recipient (I.e. probation officers)- ensuring staff completes their daily tasks - enforcing policies on residents and staff- conducting house meetings for residents- and effective, daily communication with all staff in all departments.
