About Abigail Robles

The movement and purpose of money have always been something that has interested me. This only grew as I became older. I decided on accounting and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have received a Master of Accounting and Information Systems from the University of North Texas. Through my work, I have excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Approaching problems, I tend to focus on the big picture with my last look at the attention to detail. This makes it very easy for me to stay focused and determined. I am a self-motivated and always looking for new ways to expand my skills and experience. My technical writing information has put me in a unique position of being an asset to further the communication between clients and the business. This allows for a unified approach with someone who understands company culture and expectations and discouraging the need to outsource. The company success rate has always felt more important than to have a higher individual rate. This has always highly influenced the way in which I conduct myself. There is always a way for improvement and I am eager to explore new opportunities that improve my skills. Innovative ideas to solutions always come from the collaboration provided through group discussion to launch the company forward. My leadership skills allow me to easily facilitate the discovery of the best solution. In my experience with leadership, I have always found it works best to allow open communication. People tend to naturally discover where they are best suited, however, guidance is needed to achieve their full potential. I am currently looking to exploring jobs in position work in a team that pursues productivity and creating new leaders.
