Strategic, results-driven legal and business executive with over 25 years of experience across law firm and corporate environments. Known for integrity, sound judgment, and cross-functional leadership with a proven track record of building, transforming, and leading legal and compliance functions. Highlights include establishing the Company’s first labor and employment leadership role, restructuring and building out both the Corporate Compliance and Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, and serving as the Company’s first Chief Sustainability Officer. In addition to being a valued member of the Company’s Legal Leadership Team, works in close partnership with business team clients, the Company’s Executive Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors on a myriad of issues. Expertise in the areas of sustainability and sustainability governance (ESG), corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labor and employment law and human resources policy, trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, corporate investigations, litigation, environmental, health and safety (EHS), mergers and acquisitions, global data privacy, risk management/mitigation, immigration, and project management and leadership. Also serves as an active member of the IDEX Foundation, the Company’s charitable arm, and lead initiatives to build meaningful relationships in local communities and empower employees to give back.
