About Abigail Runyon

I have eight years of experience teaching students ages 9-18 in many different courses in mathematics and science. While working at the boarding school, I was also responsible for monitoring the dorm and coached three different sports. After two years there, I worked in finance in operations for a few years. Afterwards, I went back to the classroom to work with middle school aged students. During my four years at this school, I taught math and science and coached two sports. I was the recipient of the Parent Association Teacher of the Year Award in 2019. I then moved to Montréal and starting volunteering for two different organizations teaching English before receiving my work permit and jumping back into the classroom full time to teach high school math. I love working with learners of all ages and am very collaborative and team forward.
