About Abigail Stultz

Dynamic, charismatic and empathic Registered Dietitian with a passion to help those struggling with eating disorders and/or body image heal dysfunctional thoughts and relationships with and around food. During my time as a Division 1 college athlete, I was told that the only way to perform at your best was weight loss and over training. Not only did this lead to a career ending ankle injury, but I also developed an eating disorder. As I recovered, I recognized the disconnect between what I was being told about my body and performance, versus what I clinically and scientifically knew to be true through my education! This fueled my passion for teaching my clients to recognize and challenge harmful nutrition advice and discover what it means to truly nourish and take care of their bodies.
