About Abigail Thomas

I worked in Scotiabank for 3 years starting as a call center agent and upskilling to become a Senior Financial Advisor. My passion for customer and offering them Financial education led me to receiving the prestigious 'Best of the Best Award'. My TD bank journey began in 2020 exploring another facet of finance products - Insurance! I moved from a Claims Advisor to a Field Analyst Role using my customer relation skills and layering it with caution and deep regulatory and policy work. I secure creative insurance solutions for our clients. Outside of work I spend most of my time with my family on camp sites, hiking or travelling. I have an Accounting Diploma from SAIT and currently finishing my Bachelors of Finance degree from Athabasca. I have also completed Residential Real Estate Course and currently completing my Commercial Real Estate along with my degree. I continue to explore opportunities to expand my learning, skill and growth.
