Positions We Offer • Producer/Broker: This position requires strong relationship-building skills to work with our targeted carriers, retail insurance agents and develop a book of business. • Associate Producer/Broker: This position is a Producer/Broker in development and will work as a member of an existing production team for mentorship and training, developing their own book of business for their own production team when eligible. • Production Assistant: This position is based nationwide and will assist or be a member of one or more Production teams; responsible for tasks as assigned by a Senior Production Assistant, Executive Production Assistant, or designated Producer/Broker(s) including, but not limited to, those tasks related to policy maintenance or submissions, renewal marketing, cross-selling, communication with agents or carriers, and data entry work to prepare submissions. • Technical Assistant: This position will assist or be a member of one or more Production teams and be responsible for tasks as assigned by a Senior Production Assistant, Executive Production Assistant, Production Assistant, or designated Producer/Broker(s) including, but not limited to, those tasks related to policy maintenance or submissions, communication with agents or carriers, and data entry work to prepare submissions. • Service Center: Team members in this position will become a fundamental member of a rapidly growing national organization dedicated to teaching young talent the insurance industry from the ground up. This role provides a foundation in the E&S insurance industry and offers opportunities for advancement. Trainees will be responsible for clearing new business, processing claims, generating policies and endorsements, and other clerical duties established for the Service Center team.
