About Abigail Winskell

From public health to climate change action, achieving social impact requires behaviour change - and usually the sticky kind. I believe in the power of marketing and user-centered design to create relevant and compelling solutions that people want, not just ones they need. I bring 14+ years of cross-sectoral experience - working on some of the world’s largest commercial brands and supporting teams in the Global South to develop marketing solutions to tackle global health challenges. As an operational lead, I am able to dive into the details to ensure high quality delivery, while pulling together the strings to drive the bigger picture. I offer expertise across business & financial acumen, project management and innovation development. Across my career I have experience in large companies, start-up enterprises and non-profits. I am passionate about people. I invest energy into developing teams and individuals to achieve their potential and grow their careers. While nothing can replace the personal interaction, I actually enjoy remote coaching and facilitation. My vision is to continue to build my experience leading teams and organizations in delivering social impact through the development of user-centered solutions.
