About Abilash Raghunathan

I enjoy leading a part of the Oracle Cloud HCM Program Management team, where we ensure that our quest to delight our users never ends. My team manages the New Release programs. Before this, I was the Development Manager for the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS on-premise applications suite, where my team was responsible for delivering enhancements, statutory updates, and bug fixes to EBS HRMS HR and Payroll customers. I started my career at Microsoft India as a Test Engineer (STED) in the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics domain. During my college days, I was very interested in web design, photoshop, and publishing tools. During my school days, I developed applications using CA-Clipper 5.3 & Dbase with my father & I used to take classes on software like GW-Basic, Wordstar, and Lotus 123. I'm a supportive leader, diplomat, facilitator, and coach. I strongly believe in iterative problem-solving, improving the flow of value, and relentless improvement.
