With a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Don Bosco Institute of Technology (D.B.I.T), I am an AIX certified professional with a passion for technology and innovation. I have been working at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for over five years, where I currently manage the operations and maintenance of the edge data centers that deliver low-latency and high-performance cloud services to customers worldwide. As an Edge Datacenter Operations Manager - II, I lead teams of engineers and technicians, implement best practices and standards, and ensure high availability and reliability of the infrastructure. I also have strong skills in technical and support, as I work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to contribute to the AWS vision of enabling innovation and transformation.
