Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Able to read and interpret drawings, Preparation/review and comment on Specifications, ITP, Quality control procedures, and method statements. • Experience in material/Equipment receiving/installation inspections and review of material test certificates and related documents. • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work with high levels of accuracy and minimum supervision. • Experience in establish welding requirements against specifications for entire projects, Welding procedure qualification, review and approve WPS and welder qualifications, monitoring welder performance, heat treatment activities and inspection of closure welds. Experience in Interpretation of radiographic films and other NDE’S. • Experience in Review and approval of Piping pressure test packs and witness leak testing, Test pack wise Punch listing before Leak test and Re instatement inspection activities after leak test. Able to perform system walk downs and populate punch lists items • Quality Assurance auditor experience and familiarity with ISO 9001 criteria. Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems • Familiar & experienced with HSE Standards & Procedures and HSE culture of major international operators. • -
