Great innovation happens when technology, design, and execution align.I work at the intersection of engineering, product design, and human experience- translating deep technology into scalable, market-ready consumer products across FMCEG, consumer durables, and white goods. And personally, pursuing PMP certification (WIP) and actively exploring AI-driven automation using n8n and vibe coding to accelerate innovation workflows.With a foundation in mechanical engineering, I operate across the full innovation lifecycle from problem framing, technology scouting and technology roadmapping and execution, through CAD/CAE-driven development, digital and physical prototyping, and inhouse & 3rd party validation, collaborating with institutions ext agencies to to validate the breakthroughs so as to enable effective NPD offer generation through strong cross-functional collaboration.Over the years, I’ve led and contributed to multiple market-launched innovations, including patent-backed technologies, by integrating mechanical, electrical, software and system-level approaches- Shaping technology roadmaps tightly aligned with business strategy- Driving ground-up innovation culture within R&D organizations by focus group TRM expos- Scouting emerging technologies through startups, academia, incubation ecosystems, tech scoutings and global collaborations- Applying AI-assisted idea discovery, workflow automation, and scalable innovation pipelines- Leading institutional and third-party validations to strengthen in-house R&D credibility- Driving new inventions, patent drafting, prior-art positioning, and technical claim refinement resulting of churning and collaborating 6+patents and counting- Regularly work with CXO leadership, external partners, and institutions to co-create technologies, evaluate strategic bets, and bridge vision, feasibility, and execution.My core strength is solving the right problems - not just building advanced technology, but shaping future-ready, user-centered solutions that deliver real value at the right scale, cost, and impact.Current focus:As an Innovation Lead at V-Guard Industries, I drive scalable, empathy-led innovation by turning emerging technologies into market-ready product proposals through engineering rigor, system thinking, AI-enabled workflows, ecosystem collaboration, and patent-backed R&D execution.
