I am a design and project management professional focused on space solutions and agile project practices. A registered architect skilled in design conceptualization, data analysis, team coordination, value engineering, contract documentation and construction management, forecasting and capital project management My core experience over the last 10 years has been working with teams to plan and execute delivery of large-scale infrastructure/capital projects across various industries including energy, critical facilities, hospitality, commercial, industrial and real estate developments. These projects have required thorough processes such as interpretation and execution of brand/safety standards, operating specifications for industrial projects and building codes for safety in commercial developments. I have also have keen interest in interior architecture and fit-outs. Having worked on many complex projects, I believe that the best outcomes emerge when the principles and processes of design are carried through from the building envelope to well-resolved details and functionality within. I am currently expanding my skillset to data analytics to drive business development within the industry particularly in the area of portfolio management for capital assets
