About Abir Dey

My current position is Project Coordinator at HelloTask, an online marketplace connecting employers with blue-collar workers, particularly those with outdated feature phones. I earned my degree from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology before starting work here. My ultimate career goal since beginning my urban and regional planning studies has been to join the ranks of the Project Management team. My background working for well-known non-governmental organizations is also an asset as I begin my career here. In my role as Project Coordinator, I act as the point person for various initiatives and serve as a liaison between our organization's contributors and the multiple departments within the company. I am the focal person of contact between the project's donors and the team working on the initiative. I'm also doing some work on the fundraising part, which entails doing some study, writing up a project proposal, and reaching out to possible donors. I can manage projects, write proposals, create budgets, conduct research, and conduct fieldwork.
