An Executive Assistant that orchestrates seamless coordination for my executive team. I ensure every day starts by setting them up for success. As a gatekeeper I understand that time is their most valuable asset, and I protect it. Managing calendars, schedules, events, onsite guests, escalating and deescalating situations within the company, allows my executives the opportunity the dedicate their day to business. I believe verbal and written communication are key, especially when transcribing minutes, reviewing emails, tracking action items and completing to-do lists. I have an eye for detail that comes in handy when preparing documents and reconciling reports. My ability to form relationships across all levels within my company and outside of it as well, allows me to network more effectively. Trust and confidentiality are the utmost importance to me. Days can be very stressful for everyone, so I do my best to keep them all laughing. I always enjoy hosting our guests.
