About Abraham Colon

I have been in the automotive field for almost 17 years now. At Sonic Automotive I have been a Guest Experience Center agent and a Team Lead. I helped manage a team of 30 agents. I was responsible for assisting with coaching, payroll, making sure agents were meeting and exceeding their KPI's and interviewing. I was also responsible for sending guest buyers orders on preowned car deals. I am one of the remaining agents that has been with the company since the GEC department was started. I was with Drive Time for 10 years, half that time as a loan manager. I assisted with loan management, working with guest to make sure their payments were received on time and held weekly meetings with the GM to go over month to date numbers and concerns. I assisted in starting the Charlotte region back in 2006, when Drive Time decided to open 4 dealerships in the Charlotte area. I managed a team of up to 10 agents at that time and helped train new loan managers and agents.
