What does it take? Becoming one of the youngest managers at a top 20 movie theater in the nation within 9 months taught me what it truly takes: leadership, consistency, and accountability. I didn’t just show up—I arrived early, backed up my team, and made sure operations ran smoothly even on nights with guests. In a high-volume, multi-million-dollar location, I led with initiative, managed resources during product shortages, and strengthened our public image by encouraging community feedback and long-term customer loyalty. At the same time, I committed to finishing my Bachelor’s in Business Management at Brooklyn College—with honors. Balancing a full-time job, a work-study role, and active participation in my church while making the Dean’s List took discipline and sacrifice. When faced with a choice between my management role and my full-time academic schedule, I chose education—because I believe deeply in investing in long-term growth. Now, I’m an Assistant Manager at Regal Cinemas, just earned my MBA in Marketing at Brooklyn College, and certified in Digital Marketing, CRM, and Data Analytics. I’m excited to apply my business insight and leadership experience in new industries—particularly in marketing, strategy, or team development. I’m always asking: What does it take?
