With over twenty six years of executive leadership experience in the non-profit, healthcare, and public service sectors. I hold an MBA degree from American InterContinental University, and I have strong communication and analytical skills that enable me to oversee compliance analysis, system implementation, operations management, and case management for various programs at a national scale. As a Regional Compliance Manager, co-authored the development and training of the organization's standardization of performance quality improvement (PQI) operations management systems and processes. As an Executive Leader, spearheaded the request for proposal (RFP) responses and led start-up project management operations for multimillion-dollar contracts, and headed the start-up operations and revenue increase for dual diagnosis Mental Health and Substance Abuse facilities. I have a passion for working with at risk youths and making a difference in our community by transforming young lives. In my free time, I enjoy skydiving and scuba diving in the Florida Keys.
