About Abraham Simon

I hold bachelor degree in Law from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung and worked more than 15 years of experience in general corporate, commercial dispute (litigation & non litigation), Private and Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Employment Law and Industrial Relation Issue, Agrarian Law, Oil and Gas Law, Pharmaceutical Law etc. in Indonesian local company and multinational company. In the middle of 2014, I received the Scholarship provided by Transnational Law and Business University, Seoul, South Korea for the amount of USD to continued my education for Master Degree in Law, majoring in International Law. Later on, during my studied in Korea, I also a recipient of the Scholarship provided by Daewoong Foundation for the amount of USD which affiliated with one of the biggest Pharmaceutical company in Korea, Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Co. Ltd. In the middle of 2015, I earned the privileged to served my country as the Flag Raiser Troops (PASKIBRA) at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Seoul, South Korea, and received the Certificate of Honor, given by former Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia - Drs. H. M. Jusuf Kalla. In the last of 2015 until the middle of 2016, before my departure back to Indonesia, I also earned the privileged to become a Global Strategy and Marketing Manager for Indonesia market at Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Co. Ltd. headquarter in Seoul, Korea. I am entrusted to handle Legal Affairs Department in PT Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia since 2016 until 2019, which affiliated with Daewoong Pharmaceutical, Co. Ltd. I'm holding the Advocate License from Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and currently I am a Legal, Compliance & Risk Management Department Head at PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia.
