I am passionate to dig deep into customer problems and develop a strategy backed by data that have an impact and can be implemented as I strongly believe "A good strategy is only as good as how well it is executed!" To accomplish this I gather different perspectives, develop teams and quickly adapt to new learnings. Professionally I spent my time-solving problems across the domain of growth marketing, commercial analytics, and sales acceleration with a deep focus on the healthcare space for the past couple of years both in the US and Europe. I also work with diverse teams while supporting and nurturing fresh graduates/ MBAs in their journey to be successful professionals. My perception of "how to look at a situation" was shaped early in my career while I was working with CXOs and top management executives in both developing and implementing strategies in the area of marketing and operations.
