Niagamas Lestari Gemilang ‍ : As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in Various Leadership roles within the business supplies and equipment industry (PT. Niagamas Lestari Gemilang) with the Famous Brand like Daiden, Doliz, Izumi, Kyuho, and NLG, I bring a wealth of knowledge in human capital management, compliance, organizational development, continuous improvement, and audit. Most recently, I served as the Head of Human Capital & Compliance, where I was responsible for managing the human resources and compliance functions for the company. During my 3 year and 7 months tenure, I implemented a number of new initiatives to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Prior to that, I held the role of Organizational Development Mgr for more than 1 years. In this role, I oversaw the development and implementation of performance management systems, and succession planning strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Before that, I spent more than 6 years as the Cont. Improvement & Audit Mgr, where I was responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste across the organization. Overall, my diverse background in various leadership positions has equipped me with a unique set of skills that allow me to excel in managing teams, driving organizational change, and delivering results. I am passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals through effective people management and process improvement.
