I’m a Healthcare/ Hospitality Professional, with over 10 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry. Having spent the last 6 years managing large various departments in four-star resorts and Hotels in Canada. I have built a reputation for growing revenue and increasing hotel room occupancy rates. I have polished my skills in International Relation, Immigration policies, Union negotiations, problem prevention and problem resolutions. During my time in all the leadership roles, I have been successful in upselling the hotel’s Room Revenue and Occupancy by analyzing the area market. My other key successes in recent years include- Always thinking outside the box in Recruitment and Hiring - Solving Staffing Shortages with the help of Employers I am A very hands-on Health care/ hospitality leader who control all operational and financial aspects of property management. This extends to budget management, financial management, P&L management and staff training.
