About Ace Wallace

With over two decades dedicated to serving our nation in the U.S. Air Force, I've transitioned my passion for service to a new mission right here in the Hampton Roads community. For the past two and a half years, I've been privileged to work at the Hampton Roads Veterans Employment Center, where I leverage my B.S. in Human Resource Management to make a real difference in the lives of our transitioning service members, unemployed veterans, military spouses & working age dependents. My focus is twofold: first, to keep the immense talent of our transitioning military personnel within the Commonwealth of Virginia, and second, to connect our deserving veteran community with meaningful and fulfilling career opportunities. I'm deeply committed to ensuring that their skills and dedication find a strong match in the civilian workforce. A significant part of my role involves actively seeking out companies that recognize the unique value and leadership qualities that veterans and military spouses bring to the table. I have a particular interest in fostering connections within the maritime trades, recognizing the natural synergy between military experience and the demands of this vital industry.
