I was hired as Management Trainee from prestigious B-school of University of Delhi and it has been my endeavour to be an SME in multiple process along with developing individuals. I have led and organised forums/opportunities for people to learn and showcase their expertise. PROCESS KNOWLEDGE NAV Recon – Deep Dives (July’18 – Dec 2019) • Calculating and ascertaining NAV values from fund accounting trial balances and transactional books. Cash Recon (Jan’20 – July 2021) • Expert in identifying, research and resolving breaks related to Dividends, Collaterals, Margins, Corporate actions, Spot FXs etc. ETD and Position Recon (Aug’21 – Present) • Managing a team of 12 individual performing ETD recon against multiple clearing brokers. • Expert in calculating margins payments and getting them paid/received against brokers. • Adept in daily basis reconciling Unrealized gain/loss, Trade settlements and their total impact on equities. • Expert in Futures and Options (both American and European styles) along with working scenarios of “In the money” and “Out of the money” expires. impact on equities. • Expert in position recon alongside resolving breaks due to corporate actions, settlement issues, collateral/loan, repurchase offer and commercial papersm impact on equities. •Handles all oversight and client queries swiftly. impact on equities. • Leads all client level migrations and process automation. ACHIEVEMENTS • Received appreciation from MDs for 1st Appian Tech use in operations. • Multiple awards from Site head and senior leadership team for my contributions. • Created and led 2 months long program for enhancing presentation skills at Portfolio accounting span. • Created an extensive End to End process flow of entire Portfolio Accounting, which helped understand individual the upstream and downstream of each process. • Hosted the 1st ever TEDx for Citi Gurgaon about managing workspace diversity. • Received numerous awards from my AVPs, VPs and SVPs for my contribution to the process.
