Twenty-eight years of professional work experience at the national and international levels in programme planning, management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on public and community health, sexual and reproductive health and nutrition in development, humanitarian and peace nexus-Experience working for UN agencies and International NGOs in complex emergencies and in post conflict/recovery and development situations, including the running of community and national health institutions and specialised services both in developed and developing countries-Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, plan and manage programmes, as well as to impart knowledge and teach skills-Excellent leadership, managerial, resource mobilization, operational excellence abilities-Very Good analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills-Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization-Good computer skills, including internet navigation and various office applications-Fluency in English and French with working knowledge of Portuguese, Swahili, Arabic, Sango, Malagasy and lingala.
