About Ad Watts

AD Watts is a Professional Civil Engineering Technologist. He is a Director at Afri-infra Group (Pty) with 17 years of Civil Engineering Industry experience. AD is responsible for the management, coordination and business development of the Company's Regional office in Gauteng. He is further responsible for the implementation of various of the Company's infrastructure projects. Part of AD's portfolio of recent completed Projects includes upgrading of the Rimer's Creek WTW in Barberton and the rehabilitation of a sewer pump station in Dullstroom. AD is currently the responsible Project Engineer for management and implementation of various infrastructure projects for Clients in the Gauteng Central Region. These projects include a 1.4ML Water Tower for Johannesburg Water, localized storm water Master planning in Ormonde View for Johannesburg Roads Agency and replacement of Bulk pipeline infrastructure for Rand Water. AD is further responsible for the management and implementation coordination of the Empuluzi/Methula and Amsterdam Bulk Water Supply Schemes to be implemented as part of the Regional Bulk Infrastructure Grant(RBIG) Program for the Gert Sibande District Municipality. These Projects are currently in Design Development stage with procurement and construction stage in planning.
