My name is Ada Bellapart, and I am an Industrial Design Engineer with over 20 years of experience in project development, specializing in the packaging sector. Currently, I serve as the Director of Development Projects at TESEM Group, a global leader in the manufacturing of metal containers for perfumery and cosmetics. In my role, I lead and coordinate a team of six engineers working on approximately 20 simultaneous projects for clients across Europe and the United States. To ensure efficiency and excellence, I implement agile management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Scrum. These approaches enable me to optimize time, cost, and quality while delivering innovative and tailored solutions. I collaborate closely with project managers to align our designs with the marketing needs of internationally recognized clients like L'Oréal, Chanel, and Dior. Reporting directly to the company’s management, I am also responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks to meet objectives and deadlines effectively. While my expertise lies in developing sophisticated packaging solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, my training and extensive experience have provided me with versatile skills applicable to other sectors. I am adept at leading cross-disciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and developing innovative products that align with both technical and market demands. Beyond my professional life, I am a dynamic and dedicated individual who maintains a daily practice of sports to sustain both physical and mental balance. This balance empowers me to tackle challenges with enthusiasm and commitment. I am fluent in Spanish, Catalan, French, and English, and I am passionate about traveling, exploring different cultures, and continuously learning. My professional development includes training in 3D CAD design, injection mold design, and agile project management. Additionally, I have shared my expertise as a professor of packaging design at Barcelona's Elisava School of Design and Engineering.
