About Ada Knotts

I am currently happy with my employment with Zander Insurance. I have been with Zander Insurance for 5 years. I have an associate's degree in medical billing and coding along with a trade school certificate for medical assisting. Prior to this, I worked in management at a food chain where I learn valuable team working and leadership skills, I then worked data entry part-time jobs where I developed my typing skills and learned how to use excel. I genuinely care about what I do and helping others. Currently, I work with clients who were declined coverage for life insurance. Breaking this down to people without them feeling degraded, demoralized and humiliated isn't an easy feat. However, I do this with grace, empathy and compassion. I truly listen to my clients and set them on the path for coverage in the future, move them forward with another company or explain that the type of coverage they are applying for isn't suited for them and why.
