Core role to bridge the NB value chain teams and markets in full spectrum of order management and sales operation activities which are aligned with various company policies Supervise the team to manage and provide trainings to all APAC markets, including China, Japan and Middle East countries. This includes daily operations, major buy windows, ad hoc tasks and all kinds of trouble-shootings. Manage quality issues and claims raised by APAC markets; Act as the Central coordinator of the team when there is any global-level issue Work with cross functional teams (Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, Sales etc.) to review/create/adjust procedures to support growing business needs Support the team manager in major projects and make sure the execution part can be rolled out smoothly Create/manage/improve team reports to meet business needs Manage customer facing major announcements by Sharepoint site and coordinate regular international meetings Provide training and develop team members to grow and meet the team requirements Travel to Headquarter and markets when needed Major Achievements: Successfully managed a wide spectrum of challenging markets in the company with good reputation of timely and high-quality service of the team. Supported the major ERP system migration and successfully worked out ways to achieve the data and process transitions Ensure successful execution when introducing new product lines into the team, in terms of cross-team procedure alignments, system implementations, internal team and market trainings.
