I have been a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Clifford Chance’s Luxembourg office since 2023, overseeing a team of 12. I handle both domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration cases, focusing on investment funds and asset management-related disputes (on both sponsor/house and investor side). In that capacity I regularly advise and represent clients in strained-investment scenarios, on valuation or liquidity issues, in governance disputes and/or in investor disputes. My practice also includes contentious insolvency -bankruptcy, judicial reorganization and/or enforcement of financial collateral - tort disputes, and fraud cases.
