About Ada Wu

I’m a driven and passionate individual pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science and Cognitive & Brain Science at Tufts University, with a focus on using technology to create meaningful social impact. My work centers on bridging cultural and generational divides while empowering under-resourced communities through innovative tech solutions. As a Break Through Tech AI Fellow at MIT, I collaborated with industry professionals to design AI-driven data pipelines, leveraging machine learning to build an AI chatbot to provide guidance for nonprofit leaders. This experience refined my skills in data analysis, model training, and teamwork. Last summer, I was a Tech Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where I support clients in optimizing their technology strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency. I’ve developed a strong foundation in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments. In addition to my technical expertise, I’ve had the privilege of dabbling in web development efforts at Tufts JumboCode, where I designed responsive and intuitive user interfaces for The Legacy Project. My work has helped the organization better manage university chapter requests, making their mission more accessible to students and volunteers. I’m passionate about creating lasting change, and my career aspirations are rooted in becoming a leader in technology and social entrepreneurship.
