Country Head Personal Banking & Youth Segments. Retail Expert at the development and management of banking products and propositions targeted at the Consumer, MSME and the Financial Inclusion segments. Prior to this time, pioneered the development, management and delivery of the financial and non-financial service offerings targeted at the MSME segment. These include the lending products, low cost liability accounts, investment products, capacity building business seminars, business clinics, business advisory services, networking and access to market programs, domestic and international. 5 years extensive experience in the MSME sector led to further strategic partnerships with international agencies -USAID in the delivery of targeted propositions for the health sector, Global Banking Alliance for Women, GBA, in the management of the women market programme and Entrepreneurial Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University in the development of budding entrepreneurs through CSR projects. Adaeze started her banking career 16years ago at United Bank for Africa where her span of experience covered customer services and banking operations. She worked briefly with world-class consultants from Mckinsey and Co (South Africa) in the Queuing Analysis System for United Bank of Africa before she joined Diamond Bank in 2003. Her core specialization is in Retail Products Development where she had developed and managed the bank’s liability products, savings and current accounts over the years. She is currently a CIRB (Certified International Retail Banker, United Kingdom). She holds an MBA from University of Lagos (2003) where she specialized in Product Marketing.
