About Adam Abernathy

I’m a commercial real estate professional with experience managing transactions and supporting large commercial portfolios. At Amazon, I’ve held roles as a Transaction Associate and Transaction Manager, where I managed real estate deals, coordinated due diligence, and partnered with legal, finance, and development teams to execute strategic transactions. My work focuses on lease negotiation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management to move projects efficiently from planning to close.Prior to Amazon, I worked at KeyBank as a Loan Servicing Account Manager, managing commercial loan portfolios and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with loan agreements. That experience strengthened my foundation in financial analysis, risk management, and operational accuracy.I’m passionate about combining real estate expertise, data-driven decision making, and collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.
