One of the main words that describes me is adaptable. Whenever I am presented with a new problem, I prefer to begin researching as many possible solutions as well as the root cause. In doing so, I am able continue to provide excellent outcomes with diligence and consistency while becoming a subject matter expert for various issues so that I can apply that knowledge set to future instances. Building on my past experiences in the workplace, I am adept at both being a resource and leader through trainings and documentation. Through my experience, I’ve gained skill sets that allow me to complete a variety of tasks such as automation, updating AWS Lambda Functions, and offering education to others. With the use of tools such as Ansible and Shell scripting, I have been able to engineer mass content updates and simultaneous client content pushes while creating reports to verify the changes made. I enjoy creating scripts and documentation to standardize processes to allow my coworkers to decrease their stress of tasks that can be automated. This mentality has allowed me to increase success and reduce response time for reported issues as I strive to provide the best environment for both internal and external clients. Whenever presented with a challenge in the workplace, I view this as an opportunity for personal growth that would allow me to succeed rather than as a barrier. My endeavor is to continue to learn and grow so that I continue to produce improvements for both myself as well as my colleagues and employer.
