With over 30 years of experience in retail and wholesale merchandising, I am the Head of Retail at Real Dairy Australia, a leading dairy producer. I hold an MBA from Macquarie Business School and a certificate in e-business from Nestlé, which enable me to apply digital and data-driven solutions for customer engagement and retention. My core competencies include category management, operations, team leadership, product and sales strategy, cost reduction, and profitability. I have delivered on key projects with budgets ranging from $2.5M to $20M, negotiated and implemented trading terms with large suppliers, and achieved first to market on innovative products. I have also led the integration of an acquired business that added $35M to revenue and built business transformation capability and efficiency.
