About Adam Arriero

I’m a mission-driven leader and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across construction, business ownership, nonprofit leadership, and corrections. As the Founder and Executive Officer of Building Stronger Veterans (BSV), my purpose is to provide long-term, sustainable housing and meaningful support for our homeless and at-risk veterans. Through our programs, we focus on housing, health and wellness, skill development, and employment—empowering veterans to regain control of their lives. I also own and operate Veteran Home Builders, a residential construction and remodeling company. Our unique model integrates service and purpose: for every project completed, we donate 10% to BSV and provide job opportunities to the veterans we serve. We're now expanding into tiny home development to further multiply our impact in the community. My diverse background—from running a pet store and working as a Correctional Officer to managing military maintenance operations—has sharpened my ability to lead with resilience, empathy, and results. I’m always seeking ways to collaborate with community partners, train veterans in valuable trades, and innovate solutions that create lasting change. Whether it’s building homes or building lives, I believe in leading with heart, purpose, and grit.
