Formerly a professional hockey player with a continued passion to give back to the community. Industry experience includes franchising, public sector, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, transportation, energy, real estate, and more. Financing experience and expertise include financing transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, shareholder buyouts and corporate restructures, unconventional financing, international financing, contract financing, project-based financing, construction financing, business growth and expansion financing, and other. Areas of expertise also include business development, relationship management, complex credit structuring, business & financial strategies, business and financial analysis, team leadership, collaboration, and risk analysis and mitigation. Deeply involved in the Hockey Community in Calgary and area with the David Marcoux School of Goaltending (D.M.S.G). Other interests and hobbies include snowboarding, golf, downhill biking, skydiving, horse back riding and training, hockey, baseball, and carpentry.
