About Adam Baechler

Adam is passionate about technology, teaching and education he has devoted his entire career to helping lead, build and shape innovative and diverse teams of IT Professionals on the truly global playing field. With 10 years of start up and IT management experience, Adam’s experience as a certified Scrum Master and his passion for using both Agile and Lean methodologies has helped create the highest performing teams in the most difficult of circumstances. He has navigated the cross-cultural barriers that often plague IT development, while at the same time overcoming regulatory and technological challenges in his pursuit of driving the creation of high performing next-gen software infrastructure. On a daily basis, Adam drives cohesive and unified teams to deliver results on-time and on-budget because of his desire to not only fulfill the client’s desires but also to give his team the time and training and development to help them advance their careers. His skills in product development have helped to shape the product and software development cycle at PayrollHero and created a hiring and training process executive virtual assistants at Outsourcing Things Done. He has extensive experience teaching children in individual and group situations as a learn to skate coach, sports program coordinator and elementary school volunteer.
