About Adam Baker

After serving in the Army for 6 years I have developed fantastic communication skills as these were an integral part of my role within the Royal Engineers. I can easily work as part of a team or work individually using my own initiative. I have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as this is a required discipline within the Army. I am also very committed and give my all to every task that I perform. Since leaving the Army I have continued to develop my leadership skills whilst carrying out various supervisory roles. In my spare time I enjoy rugby and have had the opportunity to play rugby for the Army Academy, Army First Team, Bradford Bulls Academy, Castleford Tigers Academy and represented Yorkshire at Under 18’s level. This has also developed my self-discipline and team skills which I apply to everyday life. I also enjoy football, going to the gym and at present help coach at my local rugby team, Wibsey Warriors. I would describe myself as an outgoing person who thrives on new challenges.
