I currently have a broad knowledge of software technologies. University has enabled me to develop my interpersonal skills and technological understanding in a wide range of learning and working environments. I am currently teaching myself CompTIA A+.Problem Solving:• Many of the modules in my course involved problem solving. At times this took a great deal of patience and liaising with others to resolve the issues and keep the work running smoothly.• During these experiences, I have learnt to systematically work through the symptoms of problems in order to provide a solution.• Working in retail and customer service settings has given me insight into real situations that need to be dealt with quickly and smoothly, whilst remaining calm, polite and empathising with the customer.Communication: • Through the stages of my academic career I have broadened my writing and oral skills in a variety of work and academic settings which allow for effective, clear communication with other people. Team Work:• My previous jobs all involved being part of a team within the organisations for which I worked. Through this I have learnt to be flexible and to work using my own initiative. • Academic tasks during university have allowed me to take different roles and responsibilities within a team. I thrive on being a team player.• Organisation:• My experiences at work and university have meant that I have had to learn to manage my time effectively, setting my own deadlines for tasks.
