About Adam Beran

I graduated with a Master´s Degree from the Faculty of Business and Management, at the Brno University of Technology. I´ve gained experience (part-time job at Systémy Jakosti, s.r.o.) with the proposal and application of employee evaluation systems, as well as organizational learning, relating to the consulting business. I focused on research of employee satisfaction, job descriptions analysis, evaluation of competencies and using 360°methodology. Since 2010 I worked for HOFIREK CONSULTING as Consultant in the Brno office. I focused on positions (Recruitment and Direct Search) in the manufacturing and finance industries. Great experience was in ZETOR TRACTORS a.s. Thanks to management experience I realized what really important for business is. New countries, new projects, internal audits.and my first steps in HRBP. Do you wanna get experience in business? You have to spend a lot of time with internal customer. 2016 was connected with a big change. And what can be better for different experiences than International E-commerce? New HRIS, implementation of HRBP and LC BGT, hundreds of new employees thanks to various HR campaigns, new countries incl. recruitment, payroll/legal settings etc. And mainly - Great HR team. 2018.New challenge, Interim/Project role, new projects and finally.CLIMAX
