His recent change from a position in the military, where he was responsible for Canada's deployable airfield and air traffic control assets and personnel, to a position at Canada's busiest airspace with Navcanada, demonstrate his continued drive for professional expertise in the aviation industry. Previous experience in customer service at Puslinch Lake Golf Course and Canada's Wonderland have helped shape his soft people skills in order to relate with customers and co-workers alike, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, with high quality results that satisfy end users. These skills translated well into the advertising industry, as he worked on a highly successful team and helped drive sales for a number of diverse clients at Buchanan Group. Adam takes great pride in the quality of his work and prefers to put in extra time for important projects rather than head home early, which has made him accountable, respectable and reliable to his co-workers and superiors.
