A passionate and highly experienced leader who is motivated by challenge and committed to ensuring I instill a sense of purpose and a genuine desire to make a difference to people's lives. I have extensive strategic and operational experience including people management with a focus on inspiring, motivating and empowering others to support a healthy workplace and a culture of high performance, innovation and personal success and happiness. I have held various Senior Executive positions across an extensive career, in addition to founding and running a highly successful workers compensation consultancy and investigations businesses, and more recently Managing Director of WHS consultancy and Director of an Insurance Brokerage for the past 15 years. With over 34 years workers compensation industry knowledge and experience, I also offer exceptional communication and relationship skills, in addition to analytical, strategic and strong business acumen. Other key attributes include empathy, honesty and loyalty whilst always maintaining absolute integrity and professionalism. I am also a Justice of the Peace. Away from work, I am a dedicated family man and enjoy various sports including rugby league and cricket. I have held various sporting administration roles including President of Cronulla Seagulls Cricket Club and more recently President of Newington College Cricket Community.
