I'm happiest when I'm working directly with my team, helping them build the skills they need for a successful career. You can also find me nose-deep in an Excel spreadsheet, spotting business trends for our team and making data-backed recommendations for how we can get 1% better each day. Outside the office, I love hiking, camping, and all things outdoors. I'm an avid traveler and grow my passport stamp collection by 2-3 places each year. My competitive spirit never quite left me after a sports-infused childhood, which has led to a social life full of adult sports leagues, fantasy football showdowns, and board game nights with friends.
