Good physical activity is crucial for a person's wellbeing, and bringing affordable and inclusive physical activity, and fostering a strong and supportive community is what drives me. Stoke on Trent is ranked 25th most income-deprived of the 316 local authorities in England, and I'm proud to have been delivering in the local area, including projects like- Working with four local schools to provide much needed SEN weightlifting classes that supported learners outside of the classroom, improved behaviour and gave these children a positive energy outlet with support from The National Lottery - Hosting a FREE youth club every Tuesday 4:30pm to serve the local community with support from The National Lottery - Running four classes a week specifically for over 60’s in our local area to boost strength and mobility within this often forgotten group with support from UK Sport We serve our local community to reduce health inequalities and relieve pressure on our national health service.
