About Adam Bub

Creating content is my passion. Connecting brands and audiences is my forte. It’s something I’ve had the privilege of doing for the past 15 years in the Australian media landscape. As Head of Commercial Media at Pinstripe Media, Australia's leading business, finance and tech content marketing and media company, I manage branded partner content campaigns from strategy to idea to execution. From digital to TV, websites to webinars, live events to podcasts to social media, I love nothing more than crafting high-quality content that sings with colour, purpose and value for both consumers of the content and clients needing to reach those eyeballs. I’ve been fortunate to lead successful media campaigns for hundreds of Australia’s most prestigious brands, including American Express, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Commonwealth Bank, L’Oreal and Disney. In my previous roles as Deputy Entertainment Editor at Nine Digital and Commercial Editor at Mamamia, I developed a unique view of editorial and commercial sides of media, understanding what brands want and what audiences need. Storytelling is at the heart of everything that I do. As a journalist and editor, I enjoy speaking to fascinating people and going deeper than the norm. My favourite interviews I’ve done include Taylor Swift, Matt Damon and Will Smith. At present, I’m the host of the Kochie's Business Builders podcast FIRST ACT, digging into the surprising origin stories of Australia’s most fascinating entrepreneurs. We've interviewed the founders of Mad Mex, Heaps Normal, Who Gives A Crap, Seabin, RedBalloon and more. I create lifestyle content for my own personal social channels and have partnered with brands including Specsavers, MARCS Clothing and Woolworths.
