Background

About Adam Buckner

Prior to what work expierience I have listed, I worked in the Real Estate Title Industry under many different positions. Such as: Title Examiner, Policy Typist, Scheduler and even Exam Manager. I have worked for main large corporations as well. These corporations being: First American Equity Loan Services, Chicago Title and Old Republic. Anyways, the decline in loans and home sales in the state of OH. had me pursue other types of careers where I am currently doing technical support for the POS systems at main large chain stores across the United States. I am enjoying the new change of pace and have always wanted to be more in the computer related field and even plan on finishing college now with an Assoc. in Computer Programming. I am hoping to have this accomplished by 2011. Specialties: I am the guru of customer service. I can talk w/ anyone on the phone and calm them if that needs to be done or assist them if that is the situation. I am a great speaker when dealing with people over the phone. I am highly articulate when it comes to computers, alot of which is self taught. And I even have a background in more office procedureal duties than where I currently have a position.
