I am a commercial leader and strategic business partner with 20 years of commercial and legal experience in Europe and the United States holding both operational and legal roles for global organizations. Having begun my legal career in the UK, I relocated to the US to fill the role as Head of Legal at Volvo in the Americas. This position was the gateway for me into making a larger organizational contribution on the commercial side, most recently in my role as Vice President of Network Development, leading the transformation of Volvo’s retailer network in the US. In August 2022 I took on responsibility for customer experience also. I am analytical by nature and encourage the business to dig deeper to uncover the meaning behind the numbers and set objectives that are bold but attainable. I also encourage my colleagues to have the confidence to confront the challenges that arise head on, all in pursuit of the level of performance excellence that serves as a catalyst for change, improvement, and bottom-line results.
