About Adam Carrick

I have a career history in complex health, mental health and social care integration. My particular focus is on the systemic and relational aspects of bringing teams and organisations together. This can be particularly helpful and effective when new and uncertain ventures are to be navigated, when new teams come together or when demands are high but resources are low. I am currently in a sabbatical year but open to interesting projects and connections. Feel free to get touch. My sabbatical is being spent exploring organisational behaviour and decision-making in chronically stressed public services and in merger & acquisition settings. Both of these engage us with complexity, integration, human relationships and navigating uncertain futures. My ways of working integrate humanist and psychodynamic methods and practice. I am currently undertaking further study in Relational Organisational Gestalt psychology, in Corporate Governance and in Strategic Planning.
