I am a seasoned Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, and Entrepreneur who has run cross-disciplinary teams working between Winnipeg and Toronto. As a part of Manitoba’s most dynamic construction group of companies, I have been able to learn an in-depth behind-the-scenes look into the construction process including bidding process, budgets, change orders, procurement, project management, union relations, and business development. In Toronto, I specialize in the hyper-competitive film equipment rental industry, working top-down with producers and field staff to ensure all targets and requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Film productions are a fluid and evolving process, and by working efficiently with all departments and building strong relationships is key. I specialize in helping both construction and film companies to better understand the wants, needs, and budgets of their rental equipment and translating those insights into strategies for growth and savings. I have spent the last 11 years being the key point person for many of the largest construction companies’ equipment rental and safety training needs. My goal is to help my clients find the right tools to come in under budget and increase efficiency, resulting in increased profit and exposing new growth strategies. I leverage this experience to help my clients drive exponential growth, build trust, and most importantly create long-lasting relationships.
